Dexter in the gentle Jeff Lindsay Amereon Ltd  Jeff Lindsey was definitely on to some slightg when he invented the serial- sea wolf-g star-vigilante in Darkly Dreaming Dexter, an entertaining if non quite embellish twist on both the crime-murder conundrum and the serial killer tale. But, he hit his stride sense of humorh the small Dearly consecrate Dexter, a pitch-perfect legend of sarcasm and wit with plenty of derivation and character development. Its unfortunate then, that Dexter trips in the Dark. As we re-acquaint ourselves with the humourous blood-letter, we find him beaten and bemused. Dexter has doomed it, all hes got is homicidal step-kids, a $500 a boss wedding caterer, a short-fused sister and a dearly dumb-witted fiancé, single no phantasm passenger. Dexter spends the entire feed got impaired, futile to kill or even understand the homicidal impulse.
