The fact that this family in question feels that they do not have enough resources to afford to move to a safer neighborhood is a clear sign that some of the above highlighted needs for the child may not be met hence subjecting the child to negligence (Reisser Focus on the Family Physicians Resource Council, 2006). The unsafe neighborhood may also be associated with less social contact due to its negative attributes. Such societies are associated all manner of moral decay and thus affecting interaction patterns of people.
